Caractéristiques
The patented cooling system crusher ensures reduction of olive paste temperature by cooling 100% of the contact surfaces. During crushing, refrigeration improves the organoleptic characteristics of the olive oil, especially the fresh herbaceous and fruity aromas, and the concentration of polyphenols. Extraction yield changes do not occur.
In detail:
- patented multi-blade impeller determines differentiated crushing;
- counter-rotating grid with holes or bars reduces friction and promotes the extrusion of olive paste;
- inverter for variable impeller speed optimizes energy consumption and oil characteristics;
- washing system of the impeller and grid;
- Soundproof carter to prevent the noise pollution.
