PLANT MODULARITY
Greater flexibility in the composition of the malaxing tanks: customers can choose to add just one malaxing tank to the plant, depending on their specific requirements.

COMPUTERISED MANAGEMENT OF MALAXING TIMES
Since each malaxing tank is equipped with an independent motor, a single one can be started up if necessary. At the end of the programmed malaxing time, the blade revs are automatically reduced.

IMPROVED THERMAL EFFICIENCY OF INDIVIDUAL MALAXING TANKS
The thermal insulation of the malaxing tanks and their independent heating - controlled directly by the temperature probes in contact with the olive paste - help save energy while obtaining improved quality and a higher oil yield.

MALAXING TANK WASHING
Independent washing system for each malaxing tank allows individual basins and blades to be washed whenever required, thereby improving the oil quality.

SEPARATOR WASHING
The plant is equipped with latest-generation separators, set up for automatic plate washing (MISTER CIP system), according to the operator’s needs.
